Otter Rainshield 1 Quart (0.94L)

Description 
• Otter Rainshield is a clear silicone-based mixture of silane and siloxane and added with U.V. additive which siutable for interior and exterior use.
• Rainshield impregnating to concrete, stone and masonry to develop a water repellency alkaline resistant and a protection to surfaces.

• To prevent growth of algae, molds, mildew and fungus.
• Protects against U.V. light and resistant to biological damages and salt water.
• Contains mildewcide to resist mildew growth on film surface example, concrete, masonry surface but not for wood.
• Natural look for masonry, concrete and bricks.
• It prevents woods rot and minimize wood crack and split but will allow the wood to weather naturally to wood grey.

• Cement, lime and sand finishes. 
• Whether concrete and brickwork. 
• Natural porous stone. 
• Canvas treatment. 
• Wood surfaces. 

Coverage 
• Average coverage varies considerably due to porosity of surface materials.
• Example: Brick (50 to 75 sq.ft per 1L per coat)
 

Tools / Clean up
• Brush, roller or spray gun
• Clean up with thinner

 Application 
• Make sure surface is thoroughly dry, clean and free from previous varnishes which may inhibit absorption.
(Note: If the surface is damp or non-porous, solution will not be absorbed and will result in white staining.). 
• Apply 2-3 coats, let dry for 1-2 hour between coats.
• Add 1 litre Otter Rainshield to 4 litres oil-based paint or stain to improve paint quality.

Caution
• Use with adequate ventilation, do not smoke while applying process.
• Keep out of reach of children
