PENTENS E-GROUT is a 2-component pre-packed epoxy mortar based on epoxy resin for the bonding and repair of cracked concrete, brickwork, masonry or for wall and slab bedding bearing pads.

Surface Preparation
• All surfaces must be clean, free from grease, oil, and laitance. Remove all dirt and contaminants which might affect the adhesion.

Application
• PENTENS E-GROUT must be mixed homogeneously prior to the application using hand, mechanical tools or pneumatic power stirre at approximately 300-400rpm.
• Apply directly on the surface or patch into voids or holes for crack repairs.

Important Notes
1. Minimum ambient and substrate temperature is 5°C.
2. Apply only on clean substrate. Surfaces should be free form water and leakages.

• PENTENS E-GROUT may cause skin iritation (dermatitis).
• Wear protective clothing (gloves and safety glasses).
• Cover hands with barrier cream before starting work.
• If the material comes in contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean warm water and seek medical advice if iritation persists.
