With the rapid development taking place in many cities, many new structures such as commercial and residential high rise buildings, transport terminals, shopping malls, complexes, hotels, with car parks and recreation centers are being constructed very quickly.
In all these buildings, very often the Architecht will make use of green landscaping to soften and enhance the aesthetics of the structure at strategic locations. This has resulted in the need to provide a subsoil drainage system for green lanscaping areas in order to remove rain water during the wet season.
Understanding the need to provide an economical and efficient subsoil drainage solution, Nylex's engineers have developed Nylex hydrocell as a modular drainage cell system which combined lightweight and high compressive strength with excellent flow rate and discharge capacity plus nestability to reduce transportation costs. The design of Nylex hydrocell is engineered to suit many different applications.

Installation Procedure
- Apply waterproofing layer and protection screed as specified..
- Install hydrocell with the studs facing the structure..
- Lay geotextile filter on top of hydrocell..
- Backfill permeable sandy soil layer as specified..
- Place permeable top soil as specified..
- Proceed with landscaping/paving works..
