Description
CMI MORTAR ADMIX 380 is a high performance latex emulsion admixture formulated for a wide range of uses. It improves cement hydration, adhesion, durability, bond strength and reduces water impermeability when used with cement/ sand mortars and cement based adhesive. CMI MORTAR ADMIX 380 is especially suitable to mix with CMI TILEFIX 181 to replace water for enhanced adhesion strength even under damp interior and exterior applications.

Application Procedure
The substrate for application must be clean & sound, free from dirt, grease, oil, dust and loose particles. Stir or shake container well before use. Pour approximately 7 – 8 litres CMI MORTAR ADMIX 380 into a clean pail then add CMI TILEFIX 181 . Mix thoroughly, either manually or with an electric mixer until a slump free mortar adhesive is obtained for tiling use.
Storage
Storage life is approximately 12 months if product is stored in a cool and dry place
