Obaproof QQ-SET Plasticizing Accelerator 4L

Description

Obaproof QQ-Set is a water-reducing plasticizing and accelerator admixture specially designed for concrete and mortar mix. Obaproof QQ-Set contains special reactive material and additives; it reduces the water-cement ratio, accelerates the cement hydration, reduces initial setting time, reduces shrinkage, and improves workability, resulting in increase early strength of the concrete.

Direction for use

1. Obaproof QQ-Set should disperse in water before added to the concrete or portland cement mortar mix.
2. Add Obaproof QQ-Set to the gauging water at the rate of 1000ml per 100kg portland cement mortar mix.

• Area of concrete where formwork must be removed quickly or early loading is applied

Dosage

Obaproof QQ-Set can be closed at the rate by 0.8 - 1.0 liter per 100kg of cement depending on the workability and strength requirement. It is recommended that mixes to carried out to determine the accurate dosage rate required

Dispensing

Obaproof QQ-Set shall be dispensed neatly into the premixed concrete after all the other concrete components, including total water, have been discharged into the pan-mixed or truck mixer. To obtain optimum concrete performance does not dilute Obaproof QQ-Set

Shelf Life & Storage

2 years from the date of production when stored in original unopened packaging in a cool dry place

Safety Precautions

Wear gloves and goggles during application. If in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If in contact with eyes or mucous membrane, flush immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention without delay
