Uses
• To fill and seal non-structural crack and cavities in structural concrete such as concrete decks, balconies, concrete roof structures, wet room, swimming pool and especially before waterproofing works.
• Repair floor tile joint for leakage treatment at wet room.
Application Method / Tools
Gravity feed crack - pour Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal into vee-notched crack / cavities / tile joint until completely filled.
Finishing Application
To get flat surface on repair area, it needs finishing application as following:
▪ Repair on concrete : Mix component A+B Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal then add cement as filler (Comp. AB:Cement = 1:2–3 by volume, depend on desired consistency).
▪ Repair on tile joint : Mix component A+B Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal then add Sika Tile Grout as filler (Comp. AB:Sika Tile Grout = 1:2–3 by volume, depend on desired consistency).
Important Considerations
▪ Maximum crack : width 10 mm.
▪ Minimum age of concrete must be 28 days prior to application.
