Description 
• Mapei Planiseal 123 is a product designed for waterproofing applications. It is a one-component, flexible, and solvent-free liquid membrane used to create waterproof barriers on substrates like concrete, brick, and mortar. It is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, protecting surfaces from water penetration and moisture damage.

Recommendations
• Do Not Apply Planiseal 123 on Surfaces That Are Not Clean or Dry: Ensure the surface is free from dirt, oil, grease, dust, or any other contaminants before application. Do not apply on wet or moist surfaces unless specified by the manufacturer.
• Do Not Use Planiseal 123 in Areas Exposed to Constantly High Water Pressure: While Planiseal 123 provides excellent waterproofing, it is not intended for applications where there is constant high water pressure. For areas like swimming pools or high-water-pressure zones, consider more specialized products.
• Do Not Apply Planiseal 123 Below Recommended Temperature: Do not apply the product if the ambient temperature is below 41°F (5°C) or above 95°F (35°C), as this can affect its curing and performance.
• Do Not Skip Planiseal 123 Proper Curing Time: Avoid walking or placing heavy objects on the membrane until it has fully cured. Skipping this step can compromise its waterproofing abilities.
• Do Not Over-thin the Planiseal 123: Planiseal 123 is designed to be applied without over-thinning. Adding excessive water or other solvents can weaken its membrane-forming properties.
• Do Not Apply Planiseal 123 on Non-Suitable Substrates: Avoid using Planiseal 123 on substrates like gypsum-based surfaces, drywall, or any surfaces that are not compatible with a waterproofing membrane.
• Do Not Apply Planiseal 123 in Freezing Conditions: Do not use in conditions where the temperature is expected to fall below freezing during or after application, as it can interfere with proper curing and bonding.
• Do Not Apply Planiseal 123 Over Wet or Unstable Surfaces: Avoid applying the product over surfaces that are not structurally sound or are prone to movement, as this may affect the membrane’s integrity.
