Properties and Application
- AD 013 is a plastic dispersion mixed with quartz sand and is characterised by itss good alkali resistance. It is used as a bonding layer for mineral plasters on smooth, membrane type substrates. AD 013 is suitable as a bond improving sub-coats for plasters based on gypsum, lime and cement. Surface Preparation
The substrate must be clean, frost-free and load bearing, free from grease, paint, separating agents and loose particles. Brittle, soft or weakly bonded substrate components must be removed.
Application
AD 013 can be applied by spraying, painting and rolling. It is ready to use and should only be modified by the addition of 10% to spraying consistency for mechanical working. Before use, any settled quartz sand should be mixed in stirring. Plaster should only be applied once the coating is fully dry. Check dryness with a scratch test before covering. AD 013 cannot be worked at substrate temperatures below +5°C.
General Remarks
All times specified are based on +23°C and 50% relative humidity. Higher temperatures and lower humidity increase, low temperatures and higher humidity decrease working time and drying time.

Packing And Storage
- Packing : 20kg plastic bucket.
- Shelf-life: 12 months minimum in sealed original container.
- Storage: Keep in frost-free, cool and dry condition.
