Installation Method:
• Step 1: Identify the manhole location and begin excavation works to the desired dimension and height.
• Step 2: Prepare a sand-bedding surface to ensure the excavated location lever prior to the installation.
• Step 3: Begin to plant the manhole unit. Align and adjust manhole unit during planting as well as ensure the correct direction of incoming and outgoing cable connections.
• Step 4: Cabling works can commence instantly once manhole unit is correctly placed.

1. All precast manholes are being designed in accordance to the guidance in BS 8810.
2. All dimensions are in milimeters unless stated otherwise.
3. Main reinforcement is high tensile steel bar in accordance to BS 4449 and BS 4461.
4. Designed Axle Load shall be minimum of 22.5 metric tonnes.
5. Concrete cube strength shall be 30 MPa.
