ASG 3 in 1 Stopping Compound 20KG

Description 

Is a plaster-based compound specially designed with multi-usage such as for: 

1. Grounting of plaster board to the suspension frame.. 
2. Used as Stopping for flushing the fibrous plaster board.joints that produces a smooth fine finished using steel trowel.. 
3. Use for fixing and bonding cornice to plasterboard, wall and ceiling.. 

Packaging: 20kg/bag 

Setting Time: 25 minutes (adjustable with customer required) 

Mixing 

Mixing Detail to use as (1) Grounting. 

• Fill container with clean water.. 
• Sprinkle the 3 in 1 stopping Compound into the water. (Approx the 3 parts for compound to 4 part of water). 
• Allow to stand for 1 to 2 minutes before mixing with fibreglass roving.. 
• The mixture is now ready for grouting use.. 

Mixing Detail to use as (2) Stopping Compound. 

• Fill container with clean water.. 
• Sprinkle the stopping Compound into the water. (Approx. 2 parts of compound to 1 part of water). 
• Allow to soak for 1 to 3 minutes before mixing.. 
• Mix to a smooth creamy workable consistency.. 
• The mixture is now ready for use.. 
• Do not over mix otherwise it will accelerate setting of the mixture.. 

Mixing Detail to use as (3) Cornice Compound. 

• Fill container with clean water.. 
• Add in the Cornice Compound slowly into the water. (Approx. 5kg of powder to 3 litres of water). 
• Allow to soak for 1 to 3 minutes before mixing.. 
• Mix to a smooth creamy workable consistency.. 
• The mixture is now ready for use.. 
• Do not over mix otherwise it will accelerate setting of the mixture.. 

Direction to Use 

• Apply the mixture, filling up the joints using a steel trowel.. 
• Remove excess compound, then apply evenly a thin coat over the joints.. 
• Apply to fill up uneven surfaces and using steel trowel to produce a smooth finished to the plaster board.. 
• All tools to be washed with clean water and wipe dry before storing.. 

Storage 

• Store 3 in 1 Stopping Compound at room temperature in a cool dry location.. 
• Allow free flow of air, stack on pallet.. 
• Keep away from direct exposure to sunlight..
